Did lifting stop your depression?
Lifting had definitely improved my life. More attention from girls, more confidence, more driven and disciplined. My life as a whole has improved, so my depression has gotten a lot better. Sometimes I get depressed here and there, but who doesn't in all honesty.

Currently on SS and my squat form has gone to shit. The weight hurts the fuck out of my upper back when I unrack the weight, I severly round my back once I break parallel, and my hips shoot way up with a rounded back. How do I squat a 5RM with good form?
I want to be fuccboi/ottermode.
here's my plan:
>300 cal deficit
>run 2x week
>lift 3x week
>A1=Chest and Tris compounds
>A2=Chest and Tris hypertrophy
>B1=Back and Shoulder Compounds
>B2=Back and Shoulder hypertrophy

Spray tan, before tanning natty in sun or semi-natty in tanning bed to "maintain" yay oder nay.
Got another cut of 2 weeks on dnp incoming but I'm fairly tan (fairly tan must be seen in the way they see it in the UK) in summer because of playing with dogger (and now pupper) outside with no shirt near our pool.
Get spray tan then tanning bed 2-3x a week? I need to prepare anyway or I'll go lobstermode.

What are products you guys use in your hair and how often?
Currently I'm using a paraben, sulfate, gluten free shampoo water based etc.
Not using a conditioner atm. But I think I should get one.

Not really, I use nizoral (anti-dander, anti-thinning) every other day, with conditioner on the off days

adding more cardio to my routine, still getting decent strength gains.

Why are there so many confusing theories and facts about nutrition?
- all Grain is bad/all Grain is super good
- Diary products are bad/ Diary products are important
- Not to many fruits/just eat as much fruit as you want
- 6 small meals/ 1 big meal/ 3 meals
And all of those myth are supposedly backed up by experts and science.
Everybody eats food and they think that qualifies them as an expert.
That's why 90% of nutrition and diet advice are anecdotes.
Another thing to consider is that not everyone is working towards the same goal. "Eat 5 meals a day" might be good advice for a twink trying to bulk but not for a fatty trying to lose weight.
