My lifts are stalled. Starting Strength on a 500 cal deficit. I am a fat fuck and need to lose approximately 20 more pounds.
Is it better to deload 10% and work back up or just keep trying the same weight and failing?

Yeah that is pretty much it. Basically you just want to have a good v taper and be around 12% body fat. There's a smaller percentage of chicks that dig builtfit but 90% of the time it works every time

You realize soccer players run 6 miles per game mostly sprinting, right? How much do you think he runs per day just for training?
He could easily achieve that natty, he has some of the best genetics to offer.
I mean, I don't think he's that athletic. He might be good at soccer where you don't have to be athletic at all, but he wouldn't make it pro in any real sport like football, baseball, basketball or hockey. He might play college ball at best.

Yes, might be a little too hard if you're just starting though. Take out the weekly stuff, pull ups, and chins. Reduce the number of Dips. Then it'll be perfect

Can someone tell me what's up with knee's collapsing when squatting heavy?

And the guy squats with more valgus and way more weight than me for over two years (in just the video, he's probably been doing it his whole lifting career) and remains fine.
