I just realized I can do 5x chinups but I can't do 5x bodyweight OHP. This makes a kind of sense to me, but at the same time seems kind of weird. I don't really have a question.
My lifts are stalled. Starting Strength on a 500 cal deficit. I am a fat fuck and need to lose approximately 20 more pounds.
Is it better to deload 10% and work back up or just keep trying the same weight and failing?
