I recently bought a blender to make smoothies for bulking at home. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for decent combos so I can hit my protein goals and get a decent calorie intake boost at the same time.
I saw a thread a few weeks ago where everyone was posting smoothie recipes, that put the idea into my head, but I forgot to pin it.

Does weightlifting affect your eye eyesight?
I do 5x5 eye rolls (clockwise and counter) and 4x3 eyelid curls as part of my full face without.
They get steamed up when I'm working hard and they slip a bit when doing bent over rows and such but other than that they are no problem. My eyesight isn't JUST but I wear them because I have a slight astigmatism and have some trouble with night vision and I'm vain and I think they make me look smarter.

Does weed have any effect on muscle gains? I smoke weed almost daily, and I lift. I make pretty steady gains, but I wonder if quitting will increase my gains.
I find it particularly useful for bulking.
Only smoke after lifting , becouse if you smoke before lifting you cant lift without being high.

I work out here. It's nice, but can get crowded. It has a protein bar where you can get shakes afterward. Only 19.99/month. I think my startup fee was only 25 dollars.

Been coughing up this stuff on and off the past year, I smoke weed frequently and don't get shortness of breath and feel fine. Dont smoke cigarettes either, anyone else get this?

I think some girls are always checking me out at the gym. What should I do?
I've recently learned how to skate and handle the puck in the hopes of playing hockey this fall. I've also just finished SS with Squat 305, Dead 345, OHP 140 Bench 245.
What should I be doing now in terms of lifting to train?
