I'm hitting a bench plateau at 165x5 on SS after 3 months of training. This is the first time I'm trying to deload (10%). Today, I did 2x5 + AMRAP 6 on the last one. Worried that I will fail with the next workout because this weight still seems heavy to me :(
Any suggestions? Should I already change from SS?
When it comes to backs/biceps, is there a specific order to do the exercises in?
For example - forearms first, and then biceps?
or Laterals -> Middle back -> lower back?

currently at 2pl8. increasing by 2.5kg per workout, and deadlifting every six days, i should be at 4pl8 around the end of october.
You'd have to bulk continuously and gains aren't linear after a certain point.
4pl8 is ez tho, I hit that shit in 3w after 5 mo of not training it at all (previously 3.5pl8 max). Haven't DLed in 6mo again cuz back injury from mil and I just pulled 345x3 no problem. And I'm doing psmf.

Every built guy in the gym does shit like chest flyes and bicep curls. I hardly ever see guys who are actually built doing autistic shit like pendlay rows and deadlifts, it's only the quiet skinny autists who go at midnight who bother with that stuff.

I know /fit/izens do it, well.....some /fit/izens anyway. But it's amazing that you pretty much never see anyone deadlifting. It has to be less than 1% who actually do it. Yet, the deadlift is the BEST exercise for building mass.
Deadlifting is hard and most people are afraid of hurting their backs (or are uninformed enough to do exactly that).
Given how unnecessary it is for gaining mass, its not surprising it doesn't get used much.
