I have muscle in my core, hiding under a small layer of fat and water retention. I'm really bad at sit ups (always strain my neck) so I'm doing a combination of weighted Russian twists, along with table tops, and side plank twists. Also do leg raises and flutter kicks.
How can I improve the muscle in my stomach? I have a pretty good diet, but I have hypoglycaemia which means I can't really cut out much sugars.
