I listened to the audiobook of this last night. It made so much sense. I cringed when I heard him talking about some of the things 'nice' guys do since I've been doing them as well. Slowly but surely getting my shit together.
How do you dress to show off your gains?

It all leads up to this. My first individual tournament of the spring/summer

I've been wrestling since I was 13. At 19 years old now I've gotten immensely better. Placing 5th at regionals last year. And 3rd at regionals 2 years ago.

To be honest his body was not that hard to achieve, I'd say he was around 13% bodyfat. Just lift hard for a year or so, and you will be there (assuming you are not fat)

no, we only have this one shitty study that showed a spike after 7 days. even if you believe the results in the study you would have to wait 7 days to experience this small spike and then your test levels would go back down. it wouldn't be anywhere near enough to make a difference in training or anything else.
