What the most /fit/ career?
Thinking of picking up welding, electrical or carpentry, since I can get the training for free.
Any welders, electricians or carpenters here?
My hair stays nice and tidy like that after I shower and comb it. What kind of hair product (gel?) should I use to keep it looking like that throughout the day? Also am I mistaken or it makes it feel like straws or that only happens with shitty cheap gel? What would you recomend? Sorry for the newb questions, I've never used any hair products in my pathetic life so far.
/fit/, are phytoestrogens good or bad?
I've heard genetics determine your abs, even if you have low body fat. I'm wondering if I just don't have the genetics for a six pack, if my abs are underdeveloped, or if I still have bodyfat to lose. Thanks.

How can you possibly call athletes who endure the most physically demanding sport and activities for 8-10 hours a day, every day, along with miles of walking and swinging a metal club at 135mph+ driving a small ball hundreds of yards and walking 5+ miles back-to-back-to-back-to-back days in order to win a competitive tournament among the most physically strong and fierce competitors in the world ... not athletes?

What would have been different if you only had known how bad things really were?
They have a shit ton of flavours
So fat people are bad, but does a fatty n the gym get respect or hate?
How the fuck can you possibly eat this much chicken?
Fillets are fine, but this rotisserie is kicking my ass. I don't even think I'll be able to finish the entire thing.
Does /fit/ normally just take a lot of regular medium-sized meals throughout the day instead a few really big ones?
a non-lifter friend of mine says that he wants to go to the gym with me on Wednesday. this guy has never worked out in his life. what exercises should i make this guy do???
So hypothetically, say /fit/ was only made of 100 posters including yourself.
This 100 is made of every poster you've ever seen on /fit/.
Judging on aesthetic qualities, where do you think you'd rank yourself?
Obviously no actual list could be made but I'm curious where you think you rank among all /fit/izens.
Amino acids or protein powder? If you have to choose between one of them
Anyone have it and can share it?
I can't afford it and I would like to read it...
