How you spot a dyel? Oh yeah, he can't tell a difference between oly squat and squat. Oly lifters have incredible ankle mobility, which allows them to push their knees far. If he wanted his ass to go below his knees, he would have to lean back, and he would lose that vertical back angle that way and end up with a powerlifting squat angle

Lentils, beans and peas for most of your protein. Lots of green vegetables, whole grains like oats and brown rice, fruits, and nuts

I use it and I think it does. I usually mix it with my preworkout on low energy days or in my whey after every workout. It's cheap as chips and has scientific evidence behind it so why not?
