As a total beginner, I would like to start working out and I would like to know if by doing Push Ups, Squats, Chin Ups and Ab Crunches will cover all of the muscle groups. If not, which exercices should I do ?

I only really started lifting a month ago, but my fat fuck of a father just keeps trying to fuck it up for me.
First, he had problems with my diet, but that went away quick. Then, the helpful advice started piling in. You see, about 10 years before I was born, my father played rugby in college, and now that he is an old, stinky, obese fuck that qualifies him as my coach.
Every now and again, he learns some revolutionary secret on the internet, and immediately thuds down the hall, block shaking as he approaches, to my room to enlighten...

he's your father and had to put up with all your shit for the last couple of decades, the least you can do is put up with his. just nod and go about your business, if he's offering advice he's trying to help, his heart is in the right place.
i will never understand why people come on here to vent about some slight their parents have apparently done them when it's obvious their parents are just trying to help. 99% of the time it's obvious the op is just being petulant.
What's a good workout with weights for boxing?
My current workouts are mostly all compounds 6x8-10 split into PPLxPPLx because that's the easiest for me to maintain.

I lie in bed ruminating and feeling anxious. Over time I've started putting off going to bed so that I'm more tired and crash out, and now it's impacting my job and my commission.
I meditate every day but it only seems to have acute benefits.
Anyone here had experience with insomnia or know any techniques, supplements or other practical measures I can take to fix this.
Already on a waiting list for therapy for anyone suggesting seeing my doctor.

How do I stop doing keto without suffering a rebound?
Hey /fit/, why am i so bloated all the fucking time? I wake up with a flat stomach, but by the late afternoon I'm a balloon. Is it something I'm eating? I've ruled out dairy and gluten. What I've eaten today:
- Greek salad
- tuna steak
- chicken breast
- cream cheese
- macaron (plz don't judge me, my boss brought them in and it was delicious)
Any ideas/ any bros have the same problem?
