Happened to a mate of mine as well, similar situation to yours. I applaud your hard work so far but the best thing to do now is to focus on building muscle. Fuck the rumours anyway but once you start building muscle they'll stop.

Do you guys leave your lifting plugs in for your entire workout or just for squat/deadlift?
Honestly it just depends. I left my medium sized plug (for hypertrophy work) at home, so I had to use my large size. Had to change my whole workout up. Welp at least I lifted heavy

I made the decision to get fit in the depths of a crippling depression, during which I did frequent r9k. I basically just decided to say fuck everyone else in the world, I'm going to be the best version of myself possible. I started at literally almost your exact height and weight, except that I'm closer to 5'10". I read the sticky and started eating almost nothing but chicken breast, fish, brown rice, and vegetables. I ran everyday and lifted hardcore, fueled by internal rage. I've had many setbacks, but I'm down 20 pounds since I started a month ago. The important thing is to just muster up the will to do it, and do it all at once. Don't just phase out soda and junk food. Cut it out entirely. You have evidently known suffering. The discomfort of exercise and dieting is suffering for a better future. If you can bear useless suffering, you can bear suffering with a purpose.

For example, today, I worked 9 hrs, middle of day, mom calls me to tell me my dog died. Same dog I was gonna visit next month, day continues, after work went to school, then food shopping

How do you find time to workout? I have school, marching band, job, and chores. I go whenever I'm free and thanks to my /fit/ bro I can keep motivated but I wanna go more often bros ):
It's impossible to not have an hour daily to put into working out unless you work 16 hour per day, 7 days per week.
Saying you can't find time means you'll never make it. If you have time to go out, watch movies/tv, play video games and jerk off every day, you have time to workout.
So I heard recently that Inbreeding can cause various abnormalities, one of them being excess GH and IGF-1 production, not as much as in true pituitary tumor people (which is like 100x normal), but some inbred "giants" pituitaries just pump out 7 or 8x as much of the stuff.

im not sure what exactly the chances are, but brother-sister offsprings have much higher chances of health risks, especially when the family has a recessive gene for some type of disease

I'm 5"7 at 206~lbs and i been lifting for almost two years
I was around 160 last time
And well i want to start cutting, my question is what's the best way to approach it, counting calories, fasting, eating less, a lot of cardio? I don't want to loose all or most of my muscles
