EC Stack works wonders for appetite suppression. Don't worry about the A unless you're a complete and utter fat fuck. Actually cycle off the caffeine when the time comes instead of going cold turkey. I got the same this very moment and if you have pain at home it's probably an inflammation of the tendon, i.e. tendonitis. You'll have to stop curling for a while.
It's caused by either using too much weight, gripping the bar too hard which involves a lot of forearm, too weak forearms compared to biceps, bad form or simply too much volume.
