sometimes i notice my beta friend physically recoils and hunches his shoulders when walking into a group of people/ talking to a girl/ telling a speech. Any idea why he does that?

Confidence issues, I used to have them. Just tell him he does it and that he'll get much better results if he forces himself to stand straight, chest out and keep eye contact. Eventually it becomes second nature
ive told him this multiple times, even nudged him to do it. He just never responds to it, says he looks ugly when his shoulders are back. It's getting to the point where people are making comments about it, and im being forced to stand up for him and make myself out to be a social castoff.
Tbh, I don't really mind. But it is kind of annoying that he won't really try and change. Hopefully it's not longstanding

I thought this was all vegan propaganda and stuff. But now when I think about it I feel better since o stopped drinking milk. I stopped for unrelated reasons though. Especially my heart was more fucked when I drank like 2 liters of whole milk every day (I am underweight lanklet)
Get organic whole milk and drink a gallon a day
Tons of protein
Tons of carbs
I've been drinking a gallon plus 5-6 meals and gainz are comin on. I'd just be sure to drink organic
