I was stopped at the gym yesterday by another patron who wanted to inform me my squat technique was wrong and dangerous. He advised me to change my form to what is normally described as a high bar squat: head higher, back more vertical, bar on my traps, etc. This isn't the first time someone explained to me how I can squat better if I change my form to high bar either.
Anyway, I have two requests: can someone explain if low bar squats really are a meme since no one in the real world knows what I'm doing despite them being relatively big guys.

It's not a meme, low bar squats are suppoused to keep your back in a more natural position, similar to what it does when you deadlift and powerclean.
They aren't a meme, but it's not what the high school football coach taught, so most people are not familiar. Low bar is a much more technical lift, so it's never going to be taught as widely.

I have only one thing that I really want to accomplish and that is to create a word which is added to a dictionary (and not some phony online dictionary, but something like Oxford).
Though it's not really about getting a word into a dictionary which is that important, but rather to create a word which gains a soul of its own by travelling from mouth to mouth for many generations.
I recently went on a diet, 4 months ago, I starded at 247, i'm 5'9 and I am currently 205.

it looks like you started at around 40-45% body fat. Most visual changes don't start until you lose around 15-20% body fat from where you started.
With that said, there is some visual differences in your before and after photos.
Keep what you are doing up.
Keep lifting, keep dieting. Just lead an active lifestyle.
Learn to be OK with the fact that it will take a long time before you get to a point where you are satisfied. Learn to love the process.

Beer isn't *that* high-calorie, just drink it in moderation. Like a bottle or two a day is doable by compensating by eating less of something else.

It's calmed me down a lot. I was so angry and malicious before without really realizing it. Honestly did not anticipate it'd work so well
I did get nausea/stomach pain initially, but that passed. I'd recommend sticking through initial anti depressant sides if they're bearable, most seem to reportedly go away once your body adjusts
