Is it normal to have unevenly length bones?
My shin and humerus on the right side are longer than the left by a couple millimeters, just enough to notice.
>be HS teacherfag
>some of my students are scrawny awkward painfully shy kids
>doing what I can but decide to try and get them to lift
>they just want to play video games
What do? It's painful for me to see them get treated like this. I've offered to go the school weight room with them but it's just not happening.
I guess I jsut want to feel like I"ve done what I could for them.
Is this achieveable natty?
Where do you guys go to meet women with /fit/ hobbies?
Im getting sick of banging empty sluts that still just want to party every weekend.
Where do you live OP? Honestly, you just have to do a lot of things and get lucky. I find the fittest chicks do spin classes at actual spinning gyms, or the play coed sports leagues and shit. But it's still mostly just luck. Women are degenerate party animals
Why does /fit/ hate crossfit?
you get injured real fukin fast from these exrecises, doing 200 crossfit pullups means you have strong legs, you go to classes, functional strength=dyel strength.
8-12 reps, 3-5 sets=hypertrophy
3-8 reps, 3-5 sets=strength
2000 reps, 600 sets=wasting your fukin time and joints and abusing babyweight
Jason "Autismo" Blahino says the top 5 exercises for general strength/fitness are these:
Why should I, as a non-competitive lifter, not concentrate on these 5 instead of the "big three" or the "big three + OHP + Row" ?
I was stopped at the gym yesterday by another patron who wanted to inform me my squat technique was wrong and dangerous. He advised me to change my form to what is normally described as a high bar squat: head higher, back more vertical, bar on my traps, etc. This isn't the first time someone explained to me how I can squat better if I change my form to high bar either.
Anyway, I have two requests: can someone explain if low bar squats really are a meme since no one in the real world knows what I'm doing despite them being relatively big guys.
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
They aren't a meme, but it's not what the high school football coach taught, so most people are not familiar. Low bar is a much more technical lift, so it's never going to be taught as widely.
SCOOBY LURKS. IT'S CONFIRMED. SCOOBY IS AMONG US
Do you have a bucket list /fit/?
What are some things you want to do before you die?
I have only one thing that I really want to accomplish and that is to create a word which is added to a dictionary (and not some phony online dictionary, but something like Oxford).
Though it's not really about getting a word into a dictionary which is that important, but rather to create a word which gains a soul of its own by travelling from mouth to mouth for many generations.
I recently went on a diet, 4 months ago, I starded at 247, i'm 5'9 and I am currently 205.
I Legit cannot see a difference, except in my face when i turn to an angle. Can someone please help me ? I heard strrangers will be able to see the difference mostly.
Also what do you estimate to be my before bf% and my current bf%?
it looks like you started at around 40-45% body fat. Most visual changes don't start until you lose around 15-20% body fat from where you started.
With that said, there is some visual differences in your before and after photos.
Keep what you are doing up.
Keep lifting, keep dieting. Just lead an active lifestyle.

If you don't have a tape measurer, print out a ruler http://www.vendian.org/mncharity/dir3/paper_rulers/ and use your phone charging cable, or belt to measure the body parts.
>mfw its beer season
So long cut. Maybe the next year...
Beer isn't *that* high-calorie, just drink it in moderation. Like a bottle or two a day is doable by compensating by eating less of something else.
> beer season
> maybe next year
you do realize that if it's a particular season now, it will be that season again next year, right? That's kinda how seasons work.
my doc prescribed me venlafaxinum
anybody here been on this shit, how did you feel?
also antidepressants general
It's calmed me down a lot. I was so angry and malicious before without really realizing it. Honestly did not anticipate it'd work so well
I did get nausea/stomach pain initially, but that passed. I'd recommend sticking through initial anti depressant sides if they're bearable, most seem to reportedly go away once your body adjusts

Does orgasming take anything out of a woman? How does it affect her body other than the pleasure in the brain?
I'm in a real tight spot, I need to lose all this shit in pic related.
I have about a month and a week to lose it.
Is it possible? Can you recommend any exercises that can help me lose this? Any dietary plans.
I've checked the help thread but this is mostly just to ask if it's possible to turn myself into a normal looking fella.
I'm really desperate if you can't already tell.
Of course you can OP!
But in less than 2 months? Kek of course not, it would take you a few years minimum, but you don't seem to have the mindset of discipline for it if you want immediate results.
Come on, this can't be for real.
I've seen the huge fatsos on biggest loser go down like 14 pounds a week.
If I run alot and do that kind of shit I surely can lose the weight needed in a months time? right?
Please, jesus christ, I don't want to be ashamed of my shit body anymore.
