Why do i need fish oil and multivitamin supplementation?
I have been only taking whey and creatine supplements until now.
I wouldn't even recommend the creatine.
I know a lot of guys are jizzing all over themselves about supplements like fish oil and stuff, but none of it is regulated, FDA approved, or even empirically demonstrated to help. Even if it does help, the deficits are going to be different from person to person.
Five years ago my dad swore by ginseng tablets. He insisted they helped his memory and all this other crap. Then I went to college and saw tons of studies proven the affects to be nothing more than placebo.
Maybe take Curcumin if you have an inflamed elbow or something, but most supplements are junk (with the exception of protein supps).

im 6'3" and about 95kgs(210 lbs).
my usual diet is
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with jam
lunch: whatever i can get, sometimes mcdonalds, sometimes a basic sandwhich
dinner: usually chicken with salad or vegetables, sometimes fries
my issue is i dont work out at all and just fill up on shit inbetween meals.
how can i mentally get myself out of eating shit snacks and doing more exercise. im not looking to be a bulk cunt, i just dont wanna be fat anymore.
looking for mentality tips please, i fucking hate the way i look and when i feel like shit i just eat more garbage.

Depends on the proportion of your legs to your torso. 1 of them is probably relatively long and this causes the problem, because in theory, if your proportions are the same as a shorter person, that would not make it any more difficult. You would be doign the exact same movement, you would just be.. bigger..
The reality is that tall people generally have weirder proportions. What you must do it ignore all standard squat advice like "knees not too far over toes, but this far back etc" and find out how your proportions are, and move accordingly. In practice this...

Height means fuck all really, if you're inflexible and a market you'll struggle too. Stop blaming proportions and height and out your energy into getting good.

So I got my injury six months ago and I lost all my gains.

Before my injury I was mainly doing calisthenics and other bodyweight exercises, also I'm a vegan for 16 month's and will not change that.
