I have one, it's not that great desu. Even when she's lean she just doesn't look that great. Wide hipped sloots often have abnormally long torsos too which is kinda weird.

Alright so we all know spot reduction is a myth.
But the last part of my body that I truly need to burn fat off is my belly and love handles.
Are ab workouts and ab centric cardio routines (mountain climbers, etc) after every workout everyday going to help or am I wasting those 20 minutes at the end?

Hey fit. Ive been using creatine for a month or so, and have noticed hair loss. Apparantly creatine causes more conversion of testosterone to DHT, so it does cause hair loss.
