How do I get bigger hands? Or is it impossible?
Sup guys, I've been told I have a fat face.
I work out semi-regularly and run, so I have a pretty low BMI and weigh 74 kg for my 6'1" height which I think is decent, but I want to make my face look leaner and longer instead of round and fat.
I have high cheek bones, so that's probably why, but is there any method in particular to eliminating the extra softness from the face?

I have one, it's not that great desu. Even when she's lean she just doesn't look that great. Wide hipped sloots often have abnormally long torsos too which is kinda weird.
She's white though and will bear many of my children so that's what really counts here.

Alright so we all know spot reduction is a myth.
But the last part of my body that I truly need to burn fat off is my belly and love handles.
Are ab workouts and ab centric cardio routines (mountain climbers, etc) after every workout everyday going to help or am I wasting those 20 minutes at the end?

Hey fit. Ive been using creatine for a month or so, and have noticed hair loss. Apparantly creatine causes more conversion of testosterone to DHT, so it does cause hair loss. My question is will my hair grow back if I go off creatine? Ive always had a thick head of hair, i prefer to keep it that way

Just saw a qt from sophmore year in high school and got a nice mire or two.
Jelquing works. DHT cream works too but only for one inch gains with huge sides. Try thunderplace (google it) for tips to do jelquing, or buy a bathmate (search it).
Im micro sized when small, 5 inch when erect, doesnt affect me nor bother me when wanting to fuck, still make girls cum and all.
