I'm in the process of losing wieght/fat. At the end of 2015 I was 105 kgs(I had gone down form 110 kgs or more). Now it's the current year/date and I'm down to 88 kgs(I plan to go down to 80 kgs).

My other hobbies are surfing and mountain biking. Getting stronger will help very little in these sports and getting bigger is a disadvantage. I can't really think of any benefit to lifting weights other than making me look good.

My buddy told me every now and then he will do like 1-2.5lb weights for 100 reps. 2-3 sets.

I tried a 10 kg 100 rep set once. It hurts like a motherfucker when you reach 60-ish. I don't know if it's better than just doing a regular 3x3 or 5x5 or something, but it's a different kind of exhausted.

What are your meals ? I mostly eat white ,brown rice ,potatoes, chicken ,pork and sometimes fish and beef.I also add to the rice vegetable mix like green beans ,peas.

PB and banana toast
half of a pb and j sandwich
my calorie deficit right now is 1485 and so far i'm losing one pound per week. I'll figure out what else to eat when i'm sick of the above
