Hello, I am 6'2 and almost sixteen stone I've been piss poor for a while but can finally pay for the gym,and I know theres no excuse however being as it's next to home/work I have no reason to not go.
My girlfriend reassures me day in and out how "cuddly I am" and how she would hate if I had the same body I did five years ago. (Was pretty buff and healthy but only 12 stone and given my height that made me quite bone and skinny)
I'm thinking of loosing weight ASAP and was wondering what your thoughts on eating a sandwich/chicken salad a day...

I am 170 cm and i weigh 92 kilo's. i lift 6 days a week (PPL) and do 60-90minutes of cardio every day.
Please tell me to stop eating so much fucking food because years of lifting 6 days a week and cardioing everyday doesn't fucking mean shit if I keep eating too much.

my biggest problem is all my friends knowing I don't have much money, so they often take me out with them to pizza places and whatnot so I can eat. Pizza is not good for cutting but I can't refuse either, and I can't exactly ask them to buy me a salad instead.
Almost the same situation with my parents and relatives as well. They invite me to dinner and usually serve some fatty, horrible shit that is better than starving.

have one slice, have some water, have a diet drink. get a job, buy small snacks, dieting isnt about starving its about eating at the right times. make sure youre in your caloric deficit or surplus
Well.....don't eat as much, as much as it sucks NOT to down a whole large pizza by yourself,just take 1 or 3, 4 max slices. Watch the calories, and you should be OK, flame on little candle

I was bullied a lot during PE lessons in high school, so I developed hatred towards sports and general workout. Any idea of any type physical activity, especially in group, really pisses me off.
How do overcome this thing? Or this issue is to be solved only by a therapist?
