This is really plundering my social interactions and my well-being, seeing as I'm a virgin since women treat me like their little brother. And boy does it hurt when it comes from their mouth.

If your GOAL is only to LOOK GOOD NAKED, is a brosplit enough? I don't give a fuck about min-maxing my muscle-gain potentinal, I am not an MMORPG character that's going on a bodybuilding raid that needs to impress a raidleader with min-maxing my aesthetics. I just want to look good naked. Surely a brosplit is more than enough to do that?
Take note that I've been lifting for nearly 4 years now and have never tried a brosplit, but at the same time I am no longer "chasing" some insane goal.
depends on the split
a 5-day split, for example, is just way too long. you won't be training the same body part enough to make appreciable changes
3 or even 4-day brosplits are fine, personally I saw really good results running a PPL but the choice is yours
I look good when I am lean. But I over-bulk constantly and get fat again. Hence why Im considering just giving up on strength gains and bulking (after 4 long years) and just do a bro split and eat fuck all food besides protein and just cut down to a low bodyfat and just lift with 1x frequency on a bro split.

Alright boys, I decided to lose some fat by summer. The problem is I am such a poorfag I can't afford gym.. BUT i have two sets of adjustable dumbbells and stationary bike. I am going dumbbells, HIIT, dumbbells, HIIT, so i workout everyday. I am also eating about 1500 cals, usually a bit less. Will this do to lose fat? I am about fucking 30%. Been doing this for 2 weeks now, but I think I am only down by water. Also, my dumbbell training plan is 5—6 exercises, 3 sets 10 reps, which takes me about 20 minutes. Is this right?

it almost is summer, losing weight takes time.
Make sure to eat enough protein from high-quality protein sources to avoid muscle-loss/encourage muscle-growth.
Make sure you are hydrated at all times.
Use a bodyfat caliper (cheap) or measure waist circumference (even cheaper) instead of/in addition to using a scale. Your weight means very little, bodyfat% and waist circumference are way better indicators of progress.
I'm 6'1 225lbs, started @ 134lbs 2,5 years ago. My lifts are a little over 1/2/3/4 3x5.
I want to focus on bodybuilding for the coming year, but I don't dare to cut because I feel that I don't have enough muscle mass to look good. Now I look at least a little big with clothes on.

I'm currently doing StrongLifts 5x5, and will soon move over to Starting Strength with Pendlay Row. My assistance exercise are dips and chinup.
I want to build dat natty 3D delts, but I don't feel like OHP and Pendlay row is not enough. I thinking about isolating shoulders after every workout, but I don't want to spend hours in the gym.

barbell rows and rear delt flys for sure.
i neglected barbell rows for so long because i originally couldn't get the form down right, but once i finally introduced them into my routine and got really good at them and really strong, my rear delts finally came up to match my front delts.
learning to bb row properly is a pain in the ass, but worth it in the end.
the rear delt flys are really easy, but you must go lighter on them than you think, if you go to heavy other muscles take over.
