Doing OHP last night, I had to use this extra long bar designed probably for massive squats since the ends were so long and it weighted 44lbs (20 kilo).. If I add this to total weight it would be 114lbs.
So you dont count the bar weight?
Probably not, just that in this case the equipment used was not proper and added additional weight.
Its like comparing a short barbell to one thats like an additional 20 inches on each end.

lol i did the same as you since jan and I lost 20 lbs when i started from 162 to yesterday weight myself at 140.3 lbs. i have a a very similar diet to yours but I'm started to switch potatoes and rice to something different, like for example greek yogurt or something. time to go keto b r e h.

I can easily get 5+ lbs with a pump so I was wondering.
Unpumped. You are usually in that state so it makes the most sense.
What is the typical amount to gain from a pump? I only gain 2-3 lbs but one of my friends gains a good 10lbs. He's bigger than me so I guess it makes sense.
