What should I work on the most? Right now my focus is on regaining strength. My arms are my weakest asset, I think.

You have a thick core so should really smash the lats/shoulders to give you a V. You also have no traps.

Increase the weight until you're only able to 8. Then stick with that weight until it becomes 12. Repeat.

What is the typical amount to gain from a pump? I only gain 2-3 lbs but one of my friends gains a good 10lbs. He's bigger than me so I guess it makes sense.
