Not that anon, but that's just because like most diet, people do it once, lose weight, and then return to their shitty eating habits and diets.
There are tons of people who actually manage to stay lean after a keto diet, the ones who actually weren't retarded or lazy once they stopped doing their cut.
Just like new years resolutioners. They might be full of motivation and be looking forward to it, stick to it for some time, and then not have the discipline required to keep it up and make it a lasting habit.

Is the sticky really designed for new guys? I've tried them out twice and the gym staff are just telling me to use the weigh machines
One of them, for example, seemed genuinely shocked that I told him I was supposed to be deadlifting, and that I was going to fuck up my back.
I'm just kinda lost and confused, and really struggling on how to do the correct form of these routines, and have no idea what weights I'm supposed to be using.

Pretty much the first time you do a squat you'll look dumb in a suit, and if you're strong enough to do even 5 pullups your back and shoulders will look like shit too.

What if I do a ULULULX instead of a PPLPPLX? Now before you scream overtraining, assume that the weekly volume is equal eg Push=3x5-2 per week/ Upper=2x5-3 times a week. Considering that one set equals 70-80% of the gains it could work better right? Next thought how about AAAAAAX whole body workout 1 set each day?
The reason I said too much emphasis is because for legs you only really need squats and deadlifts, but for upper body you need more different exercises (bench, ohp, row, pullup, etc).
