Life has got incalculably better since I dropped the black coffee meme.
I now have my coffee milky and delicious, same great pre workout, less shit taste.
You could also drink coffee that isn't shit. Buy locally roasted coffee, grind it yourself, and brew it in a french press or a moka pot. There's absolutely no reason that black coffee should taste like shit.

Everybody is ranting about me gettin fit. Especially about drinking water habit, so basicly I am drining mostly cold tap water, no tea, no coffee, no sodas. and natural juice sometimes. Is this wrong in any way or just they are retarded?
Everyone generally needs to drink more water, but that doesn't have much to do with getting fit. I mean yes, you'll need to drink more water if you work out, throughout the day. And even moreso if you take supplements.
That's probably where this idea comes from.
Also, yeah, if you generally drink your calories and want to lose weight, one of the best ways to do that involves restructuring your caloric intake so that fewer calories come from fluids.

Have you ever tested your vertical jump, /fit/? According to Mr. Mark Rippletoe it's the best indication of genetic power.
I just tested mine and got 21.5 inches.
You can test yours by stretching your hand as far as it can go up the wall without your feet leaving the ground, and then making a small pencil mark at this point. Then, perform the vertical jump holding the pencil in your hand and mark the wall at the highest point of your jump. Then measure the distance.

Lurk /fraud/ as much as possible, tbqh you don't need many tips for babbies first cycle of 400mg test-e, just make sure you have anti-e and post cycle therapy on hand before you start, only other tip is to keep in mind that just because your roid enhanced muscles are strong enough to handle drastically more weight doesn't mean that your joints, tendons and bones are strong enough too, make haste slowly

Fuck my clothes do not fit me any more. Jeans tight around the quads and ass, t shirts are obnoxiously tight. I dont have a lot of money or any fashion knowledge what so ever. Where does /fit/ usually buy their clothes?
Preferably cheap but decent quality stuff as Im gonna need almost an entire new wardrobe.
