What exercise shrinks your nose?
I'm very poor and only eat one meal a day, some days I don't have any meals at all, though I occasionally have enough spare change to buy some junk food at the gas station, but would it be healthier just not to eat until better food is available?
junk food has poor nutritional value and its kind of expensive. You can get more filling stuff from stores. You can for example buy big quantities of rice, beans, lentils and stuff for very cheap.
If you google around i am sure there are some guides on how to get food and stuff for very poor people. And maybe you can ask on /ck/ as well

if someone has made it to adulthood and is still making excuses and looking for shortcuts and generally being a weak faggot, the chances of them changing are so small that you can safely write them off
Anyone can change but the older they get the more ingrained there lifestyle is and the harder it will be to overcome this and in most cases if they're excuse machines and blame the world for there problems they will never make it.
