Hey! So I read the sticky and I've been doing cardio and counting my calories for like a month but I havnt lost any weight- I actually GAINED weight!
How is this possible? Am I bloating or something from changing my diet?
Especially around my face has become kind of chubby, see? Is it possible that this is some sort of unique genetic reaction? What type of Doctor should I talk to to figure out what's wrong with me? A nutritionist or something?

When I'm coming out of the hole from a squat it becomes harder for me to keep an upwards torso the more fatigued i am, so my ass ends up moving up faster at first, the angle at my hips becomes more acute, and so my torso leans a bit more forward than usual, until i come out of the hole.

Yes, this is a thing, I've had trouble with it.
Helps a bit to slow down the movement some, with less bouncing at the bottom. I find that if I stop thinking about my back, then my hips allow it to dip a bit too far forward and this happens. It's fixable.

Smashed my finger using a hammer. Should I keep lifting after the swelling is down? I font feel pain but rather a decent amount of discomfort. I read it takes 4 months for a new nail to grow but I don't want to wait that long to get back on the gains train. What do?

In a mechanic and I smashed my nail pretty bad in a car door. Go take a long bath or shower in really hot water to soften the nail. Then, light a candle and take a safety pin and heat the needle until it's glowing red. Then, while its still red, take the needle and quickly set the tip on the affected area of the nail. Just set it there, don't press down with but the slightest force. The goal is to let the needle burn through the nail, not to force it through. With the nail so softened up, it shouldn't take but one or two poke to get it done. It's completely...

How long after was it before you regained total function for that hand. Even though its not painful to curl my finger when I pick something up thats heavy it feels really uncomfortable after a while. I really don't mind it falling off and growing back weird I just don't want to damage it further and increase the time it would take to heal completely.
This might come off as a very silly question or pretentious but I am entirely serious. I have always liked the androgynous look (disclaimer: I am male and heterosexual). However, I also enjoy lifting very much. I like being strong, being active and I have been lifting for half a year now. My body is forming aswell and I do think it looks good the way everything is slowly shaping around, but it is perhaps not the most aesthetic I could be, for my standards.

You're not going to be able to emulate the proportions without also being pretty skeletal. Too much of it is reliant on frame size as the base and muscle mass is limited in how it can change that.

If you lose weight first, you will be impressed at the change and feel good that you're 'slim'. You can still do weights, but you wouldn't be eating enough to grow bigger.
When you get slim and toned, start planning your bulk.

I'm very poor and only eat one meal a day, some days I don't have any meals at all, though I occasionally have enough spare change to buy some junk food at the gas station, but would it be healthier just not to eat until better food is available?
junk food has poor nutritional value and its kind of expensive. You can get more filling stuff from stores. You can for example buy big quantities of rice, beans, lentils and stuff for very cheap.
If you google around i am sure there are some guides on how to get food and stuff for very poor people. And maybe you can ask on /ck/ as well
