I just moved to Singapore, and after cycling around the Island my Fitbit is telling me I burnt fat only when I stopped for snacks.
This is correlated with the Calorie counter.
Did I get Suckered onto this whole fitness tracker thing or is it all bullshit as I now suspect.
you probably just have a higher max heart then your fitbit thinks you have so it calculates wrong. as long as you stay aerobic you will always burn fat especially if you do long rides like that
Is the treadmill ideal for weight loss or should I scrap that out of my work out?
Why do people even use a fucking thread-mill anyway? Is there literally no way for you go outside and have some fresh air, and perhaps some inclines instead of a perfectly flat surface all the time?

For me it's less size and more proportions. In shorts and tank top I look fu kin decent. At home, naked in front of the mirror I look like a little refrigerator, and I'm not sure if some fat loss and bigger Lats will fix it.

It's not a meme, and it's possible to get stranger without getting more muscle mass at first, because of your central nervous system getting more efficient, but eventually, you won't grow stronger without more muscle mass.

I've done SS for about a year and I feel it's done its job, I feel like my upper body is lagging too much though. I added chin ups and dips as accessories but it's not working. I'm 6'1", 185lbs, 2pl8 squat, 1pl8 bech. I know I'm not supposed to but I fucked with the program anyways

Hello my dudes, I recently had the courage to change my body and get in shape. Im going to start cutting this week and attend gym at the same time. I want to get rid of my excess body fat. Should I do cardio or weight lifting?
My height: 176cm - 5'9
Weight: 76kg - 167 lbs
Lift 5 days a week and cardio 2 times a week go easy on the cardio ie go for long walks, low intensity. Keep your diet high protein moderate fat/carbs, do this for 8-12 months then do a serious cut period and you will be a sexy beast.
Thoughts on stevia?

The body craves sweet and savory for a reason. Just be intelligent about what sweet and savory food you consume.
Ie; feel like something sweet, cook veggies or eat fruits, have some dark chocolate....
feel like something savory, eat wholewheat biscuits, chug in protein shakes in between and eat filling sources of protein like chicken breasts and egg whites and maybe a yolk every now and then.
Sup /fit/. Ive been doing the SS but ice hit a problem, I can't do cleans because my gym is so small I'll probably knock someone out. And I can't do OHP because

Just do ohp in the squat rack, it's fine. Just don't take hours. How does it fuck your shoulders?

Comes with time. Squatting stretches the muscles needed for a deep squat.
I use to have awful buttwink. After a year of squatting I can go deep without issues. Never did any stretching other than squatting more,
Who /losing weight too fast/ here? Started cutting around less 3 weeks ago, as well as concentrating on uni work (lots of deadlines and exams). Lost my appetite and all i'm doing at gym is compounds and basically maintenance really. I've lost 7kg in that time, and see a difference in my love handles, waist, face, everywhere. Also my jeans have started to become looser now.
Started at 105.4kg. Am i dying lads?
