I have an thing I'd like your advice on.
Assume for the next three months I live in a space the size of a jail cell 23 hours a day.
What workout regime would you recommend assuming I am in said cell and unable to exercise outside of it beyond walking.
I'd like a routine that lasts 10 minutes to an hour.
Do a fuckton of pushups, situps, and pullups on whatever you can find to pull up on. That said, I thought most jails had some shit in the yard or something. Enjoy your time in jail, OP
What kind of exercise did you have in mind? Cardio? Are you trying to bulk or cut?
Also, what are you going to jail for? What makes you think you just won't be able to use the free weights there?

Every real life /fit/ person I know is boring as fuck. All they talk about is their diet and training etc.Usually because they've just transferred their addiction from eating too much to posting their prepped meals on fb.

Haven't tried Headspace, but I've been pretty happy with Insight Timer. It's more of a pick-what-you-want-to-do thing than a step-by-step program, so that might turn you off if that part of Headspace appealed to you.
Do these things work or are they just a big meme?
My friend insists they're awesome even though I've tried telling him all they do is make your lungs work harder, not more efficiently. There's no substitute for altitude training other than getting up there.

Use it once or twice as a novelty and then never again? Unless you're seriously into bowling it's a waste of space.
