I agree with Lee Priest that if you aren't somehow making a living from your body--and this includes modeling, movie work, etc--then you have no business taking any kind of gear. Something like 1% of the population has medically low testosterone, so it's not like you're generally suffering for lack of it outside of whatever insecurity you may have from not being as big as you could be.

Ain't that great? As if it were made for /fit/izens to enjoy their healthy lifestyle. Just ate 100 g cottage cheese with chives, pepper and oregano and one scrambled egg with pepper and a little bit of salt. Feels fucking fantastic.

herbs/spices can turn your boiled chicken/broccoli into delicious cajun/asian/jamaican flavored chicken and broccoli.
Spices and herbs are everything to me, some lemon juice, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper and thyme makes chiken breast taste amazing. I don't know why fitizens still keep eating plain grilled or even boiled chiken and plain rice.

Somewhat fit. But you more likely need to be pretty handsome, tall and have a bit of money. Being fit usually only helps you get fit chicks and sluts. Chicks with status and uncommon beauty don't usually go for that shit

How do I cure leaning forward/hips rising too fast on squat? As soon as I get up near 80kg it gets bad. I don't think it's a weak lower back, since I can deadlift 130kgx5 and have been deadlifting for a shorter time.
