I was in the same boat as you. If you can, run early or late. Then once you have some decent cardio built up, you won't feel like a dildo stopping for rest breaks every 100 yards.

IF is working well my cals and weight is down already and I feel more cut. But i cant seem to get all the cals in that I used to be able to. I need 2100 cals and im getting in around 18 1700, Is this bad? should i prioritize 1g/lb protien and fats and not worry about it or should i be hitting 2100 everytime to preserve muscle

You're going to find a lot of shit if you google "Buy sarms", but the majority of it is overpriced and bunk.
Got in with a group on Facebook, not naming, but it's got quality sellers. I would suggest going a similar route, find some more underground sources.
What exact sarms are you on? 16 weeks is excessive, 8 weeks is generally what's advised. I hope you have PCT as well, because you're definitely going to have suppression, if not full shutdown from that much.
