So /fit/ wich tv/movies/vidya character is your inspiration?
Pic related, on my way to grow my long hair and get huge like duke rollo.
After every fight all he can think about is training harder or complimenting his opponents form.
While not quite as bulky as the average SF character, the characters that Gordon Lui used to play were all about training to be the best.
>probably not natty...
But still my source of inspiration
Has lifting ever helped you attract men?
Yea I get a lot of attention from both sexes. I haven't fucked anyone in over a year, I just can't seem to find someone in a similar place in life and I'm done with one night stands for now.

>they'd come in once or twice a week and request my seating area

>they hit on me
>made me uncomfortable at first
>but that dosh
>start playing it up
>act a little more flamboyant

What is the worst race for bodybuilding?
I plan to attempt the 10 000 swings challenge - do 10 000 swings with 24 kg kettlebell for 4 weeks. That is 5 workouts a week for 500 reps each.
The reps are done like that:
10,15,25,50 long rest, repeat 5 times
in between the sets you do 1-3 reps of a strength exercise - OHP, Side Press, Squat, Pull up.. whatever.
Has anyone done it?
Any tips on how to succeed?
>You bulk because you don't have the discipline to cut
let it out, brehs
>i dont plan to get married and have kids
>im going to live the bachelor life at 40 slaying hot women
>said every 18 year old with absolute certainty
Then 15 years into the future happened.

Im 24, work in network security, and have been lifting since 2010.
Honestly, there comes a time when 'making it brah' definitely isn't applied to lifting.
I remember when i started in 2010 with great enthusiasm; i ate right,...

If you're still in uni, stick to lifting, when you're out of uni, you're going to have to change your priorities.
It's like being the best DOTA player in high school, unless you're taking it to the competitive level to make something out of it, no one cares how good you are at DOTA at a certain point in life; it might even be looked down upon too.
Don't compare yourself to others, grass is always greener.
Lifting, aside from the strength, is like a small buff to alot of other aspects of your Life, and isn't that huge if an investment.
I always had this in the back of my head. But always remembered to take the way i treat and feel about lifting, towards every day hard work and reaching my career goals. I'm going to end up doing what I love (lifting) and use it as a side job (personal training) so I can make money and keep doing what I love, while progressing in other areas of life to make as much money as I can. I don't think i'll ever chanve my mentality.
>He doesn't do Keto
>He doesn't want to be on the healthiest, most primal and natural diet
>He doesn't want to live a long healthy life with rock hard gains
>He wants to increase his chances of diabetes by
consuming sugars and carbs
Why aren't you on the Keto diet yet?
Mother fucker this is how you get heart disease ASAP
And in what fucking world did salmon, coconuts, nuts, cheese and avacados become readily available to primordial man in one place
is cycling a better alternative to running? what are the pros/cons of cycling over running?
I used to ride fixed gear/ track bikes, if you take it seriously and be consistent you will have god quads like pic related (pro track cyclist legs)
If I wanted to start biking again, how would I work it into my routine as a bodybuilder so as to not hurt my overall gains?
+ Cycling is better for the knee joints.
+ Less sport injuries
+ More enjoyable (atleast to me)
- I think running might be a better all body workout (ofcourse track cyclists use their whole body more).
- Cycling more expensive
- Cycling takes more time
- Cycling more prone to accident
And the guy in pic is Robert Forstermann, he lifts weights alot.
