I want to do barbell stuff at home. I want a bench, a power rack, and a barbell and some weights.
I think this should be ideal. This power rack even has a bar for chinups and such.
Is this good enough? Any advice or experience with home gyms? Anything I should know?
If I get it delivered to my apartment, is this going to be one heavy ass package that I won't be able to carry without a team?

Glad you realized this OP. Everyone has to at some point or another. Think about it evolutionarily: for the purpose of survival, you have to be able to make a snap judgment about everything and everyone as soon as you take a cursory glance over it. You do it too. The judgment is probably gonna be wrong, but you don't have time to go around talking to everyone about their mental and emotional state in an effort to know them in a "deeper" way.

Will this routine + overeating do it for me and my ass? I've found this on Bret Contreras website. Only thing I changed is that I'm doing normal deadlifts with barbell + dumbbell swings, since my gym doesn't have heavy kettlebells. And I'm doing 30 minutes mixed cardio after every workout (running,bike,stepper).

Ok /fit/ I got a question. Let me start off that I'm a fat guy but I'm actually trying to change that. I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for 5 weeks now. I'm also on a low carb, no sugar, no soft drink diet. So far so good. But I feel that I'm not loosing weight and fat fast enough. Currently I've lost 4kg. Now me and my friend always have a beer right after the workout. Does this impact my weight loss? Should I stop having that beer. What else can I do to burn even more fat? Thank you for any kind of info.
