What kind of Cardio does /fit/ do? Any suggestions? Rowing looks a good cardio workout, and it works out arms.
Also, does anyone have a suggestion for a decently priced bicycle for cardio rides?

Riding a real bicycle for cardio isn't productive. It's designed to make travel easier and efficient. If you want a bike for cardio, go with pic related.

Keto to should be like 70%fat 25%protein and 5%carb for actual keto macros. You're probably not getting enough potassium or other salts either.

Around 2 hours, every other day.
Four days a week, about 1-1.5 hours per workout.
2 hrs. Then again its full body, i take 5 min rest breaks, and im home gym so i take my sweet ass time

I get a fair bit of pain in my left wrist when doing pushups, is there anything i can do to help myself without changing from the standard pushup technique? I can do them on my knuckles fine but i want to be able to do it normally.
If your muscles grow to adapt to new stress,doesn't it make sense to change exercises often??I feel I won't keep growing if I do the same exercises forever and simply adding weight to them.

Also I want to cut out all leg workouts to save time on my workout, and I can't squat now and don't want to deadlift due to hip pain.
If I do light leg extensions, leg curls, barbell hip thrusts and calf raises on "rest day" that would be enough to keep my legs somewhat conditioned while I heal no, but not enough to where I couldn't do it every second day no?

I reached my body setpoint, i can't lose weight anymore.
I'm 1.86cm (6'1) and weight 99kg (218lbs).
A year ago i was 130kg (286lbs), but something happened at 99kg, i stopped losing weight.
