The sticky is so confusing what the fuck what am I supposed to do for a beginner workout in weights there's like 5 different ways here
I prefer starting with light cardio and calisthenics. This allows you to build up endurance and not suffer injuries. After that, I'd follow the sticky with Mark riptoe and maybe an intermediate spilt routine following. Personally, I found scoobys site to be very helpful in an over all approach to fitness, health, and lifting.
Just goto the gym and fucking lift.
Do you think everyone who lift and got good results relied on the fucking internet to tell them what to do? No, they went into the gym and just started doing anything and slowly learned it themselves over-time.
I started lifting in 2004 and didn't even know lifting was even discussed online and never even bothered to search for it. I just went into the gym and spent a few years lifting and learning from other guys in the gym by watching what they did and chatting with them.
Are Advocados /fit/?
It says its healthy fat if that makes a difference?
Eating one right now bretty gud desu, tastes kind of meaty and filling unlike the salad or cucumber or whatever I usually eat for vegetables.
What types of food are allowed?
6 x 5, will getting /fit/ help or should I just kill myself?
I'm a legit 9 inches (white) and I'm virgin, hit me up with skype if you don't believe me :^)
There's also no point in having a dick as big as mine, pretty sure I'd murder most girls if I thrusted deep.
6 inches actually seem like a really nice size to have.
Does /fit/ lift while high?
Were your ancestors ripped /fit/?
You can see here my great-grandfather (front-right).
Farther was British served in defense force same as previous 5 generations. Going far back enough my family was Scandinavian so I'm assuming vikings so yeah, probably.
They raped the fuccbois in your pic.
Guys, is 5'11" tall enough to make lifting worth it?
Or is that just a "nothing will make up for it" height?
So /fit/ whats in your gym bag?
Pic related is mine. Belt, weighted dip belt, wrist wraps, lifting straps, fat grips, chalk, and a shaker for a yummy shake post workout.

I've gained a pound a week on the Texas Method and made PRs on each lift almost every week. The problem is of the 17 lbs I've gained, only 6 of it has been muscle and 11 lbs has been fat. If I'm making consistent strength gains, is this normal? Should I eat less?
What are some good obliques work outs? And can somebody rate my routine, it's

I am about 5' 7" 215, I've been working out for a few weeks and have lost weight. I notice my stomach is beginning to just barely hang over my pants, and my chest has less fat and is starting to stick out a bit. But basically I'm past the initially two weeks where you lose a lot and kinda have hit a wall. I only lift but am adding a two mile walk to get something extra in; I have a high protein diet, little to no cheats. Anything else I can do or just be patient?
I started drinking 2 cups of oolong tea a day, 1 in the morning and one in the evening.
Combined the tea with walking a few miles and the I shed a lot of weight over a few months, didn't weigh myself but dropped a few clothes sizes.
Try to lose 1-2 pounds a week. What do you exactly eat? Give us a typical day.
Do you follow the sticky? I'm also losing weight (I follow the sticky). in 1 month i went from 308 pounds to 275.
Give us some details so we tell you what to change
