If you could eat anything right now what would you eat?
I'd have a spaghetti, two or three donuts, French fries, more cheese on my pasta
I fucking hate skeletons who says they "can't eat" kys
This would be what if eat everyday
Two brown toast breads that are cooked with the eggs
Spoon of olive oil with harrisa (top tier Arab friend told me about this) that I dip my bread into
A mix of fruits
Orange juice or tea
Four types of cheese
Spaghetti with extra cheese
Fries or mashed potatoes
Probably just one or two of these snacks a day
Cookies and cream ice cream.
12oz filet mignon medium well steak with Cajun fries and ranch.
Sauteed mushrooms with cheese.
Garlic bread with butter.
Vanilla bean and fresh strawberries milkshake.

are you exercising?
honestly, i was stuck at 190-195 for the longest time no matter what i ate (more or less)
wasnt until i started getting serious fucking cardio in (sprints, jogs, kettlebell swings) on top of a lifting routine/diet that my body started to change
How do i prevent this? I used one of thoss gloves but i look like a total jackass when i wear them at the gym.

Is there a DNP equivalent drug that suppresses appetite really well? Inb4 amphetamines, meth, coke or ritalin.
Well I wouldn't know about all that DNP bullshit but if you have like the asian markets near you hobby a Chinese medicine called Fruta Planta. Take that shit once a day, hunger is non existent as long as you drink lots of water.
I'm not joking about the drinking water part. You will be drinking ALOT of water, and pissing almost every 45 minutes.
Is prolonged use of caffiene as a laxative as a laxative bad in the long-term? I literally can't shit in the morning without it
Do you use coffee? Because it's not the caffeine in coffee that makes it a laxative.
Prolonged use of caffiene isn't good for you no matter what reason you're using it.
It's a stimulant, it speeds up your heart rate and constricts your blood vessels. It's hard on your cardiovascular system in general. Not something you wanna be doing every day.
