How the fuck do you get your head out of the way of the bar so the bar path is 100% vertical on this shitty lift? Honestly I've watched tons of videos on this and yet still end up getting my head placement wrong and moving the bar slightly around it. Is OHP a meme?
you should lean slightly back but with your hips and not your lower back to push the weight past your face. You should lean back only slightly and the barbell should just brush past your face by a couple inches.When it is past your head you lean forward into neatural position wiht your hips again. Ripplotroll does a good video on this.

Just started lifting a month ago, seeing pretty noob gains, in about a year or so Ill hop on gear. I want to hold off because I need knowledge on how to do it right, I need my routines and diet to be, well, routines that I do without thinking twice. Im also only 22 and doing it at 23 or further down the line reduces the chances of serious side effects.

i have major depression and don't find true joy in anything i do but lift. I decided that most probably i would kill myself by 25 if nothing got better, so far 3 years have passed since my last suicide attemp and nothing has gone better, so i lift to get really strong, i did set some goals, if i reach them before turning 25 i will never ever kill myself
