So lately I'm feeling completely exhausted. No energy to do anything, despite eating and sleeping properly.I've been doing PPL 5 times a week for over 4 months and I feel like a dead man walking. Should I rest a week, will it help at all or will I waste gains?
No problem in taking a break dude.
The only people who have problems taking breaks are the people with motivation problems.
There was a period for a week where every time I would do a set of anything i'd get light headed. Took a break and I was fine.
Also you don't deteriorate muscle for about 4-6 weeks I think?
deloading or even taking an occasional week off is okay as long as you can get back into the routine.
all the serious lifters deload or take time off occasionally (though the latter is usually before comps or something)
What is the ideal weight for a 6'0 male?
Trying to set goal but idk where to shoot.
at least 300 pounds
CMON WHATEVER IT TAKES
4 SCOOPS 4 TIMES A DAY
God, this book is awful. Cormac tries so hard to be remembered and have his gimmick by NOT USING PUNCTUATION AND JUST SHITTING ONTO A PAGE.
It's fucking atrocious. That said, ideal weight for a 6'2" is 200, so going purely off of established standards I believe at 6'0" you'd be 180 or below.
How do muscles develop if you work for a shitload of reps instead of weight?
Right now my OHP max is 135x5.
How will my arms develop if I decided to work at it until I can do 135x100?
Would my arms get huge?
Really dense but no size gain?
I currently rent a small room. I have no garage space or anything for a home gym.
What's the bare minimum equipment that you would recommend?
My right side of my upper back and traps is much larger than my left, dunno how it got like this but it's been this way for a while, and I know the dominant side being larger is normal and all but this is too much.
Any advice on what workouts I could do to fix this/workouts that could exclusively work my left side would really be appreciated.
Took this pic yesterday, I'm at school right now so this is the best I have atm.
Where can a friendless recovering social dunce meet women? I mean the kind that are not so superficial and might actually have a chance to build a relationship.
Why do you suck at bulking /fit/?
>tfw i had only 700kcal today
>tfw 205lbs at 5'5"

Life isn't fair.

It takes me literally hours to get off with my imagination and I have shit to do.
What will make me stronger - powerlifting, strongman, crossfit, bodybuilding? I want to be strong af and do insane shit, be a fucking mutant, a super human. And what is the physiological difference between a strong guy and a big bodybuilder?
I need new music to work out to.
Searching for new metal music to work out to.

Are there any actual benefits to eating icecream or is it just le ebin /fit/ meme?
well a Calorie is a unit of heat, the amount of energy required to heat 1ml of water 1 degree C.
So, since ice cream is cold, your body has to expend energy to heat it up.
tl;dr: ice cream causes your body to burn through a ton of calories due to the temperature differential.
Post yo victories!
Gained a fuckton of weight after a one of my best friends passed in November and all I did was drink and occasionally lift. It's been a great journey back so far and we're all gonna make it.
December 2015 to Today
Quit drinking you fucking neet. Good progress though. Its just a shame b/c you could do much more in those months if you're not constantly poisoning the body you're working so hard to make healthy.
Lost about 40 pounds in the last 3 and a half months. Stalling harder at 190 than ever before and can't fucking wait to break through, should happen any day now
Been lifting a couple years and only recently started following some of the well-known fitness youtubers just for entertainments sake...and so this morning I come across everyone talking about Jason Genova getting slapped by Mr. Piano. Already knew who the 5%'er was, but hadn't heard of Genova, so I watched some of his videos...
>mfw when watching his videos
>wtf am I watching, seriously, am I being trolled?
He is mid to low functioning autistic+some other mental disorder 100% srs, his buddy helps him with the videos and hes gone from a running gag to someone we actually kind of feel bad for. Rich Piano proved himself to be more insecure than a fucking disabled dude who is only 5'7 which is why most of us now think Rich should eat a dick.
