don't worry about what the autists here say OP. I lost a shit ton of weight by running and dieting and still have ankles. If you like running then do it. Just find exercise you like and don't worry what other people think
How fat are you? Height and weight please.
Also weight loss is calories in calories out unless you have some disease or some shit. Just eat less and count calories. It takes a lot of exercise burn significant calories but to save my knees I use the elliptical machine

So i need help. I have a problem that is really disturbing to me and i feel like it makes my body look wierd. So i have very visible hip bones. If you have dry mouth when you wake up in the morning, you're likely mouth breathing and getting phelgm at the back of your throat. Use biotene before you sleep, alleviates the issue.
Gargle hard in the morning to dislodge anything that may accumulate.
Brush your tongue. Make sure when you're brushing that you're against the teeth and gums, the area where they meet.

Hey /fit/, about 10lbs/5kg from my goal weight... Hit a barrier and I'm not able to go under 64kg, (1m72, female, 24) really frustrating!! Thinking of doing something a little bit more drastic that will help me cut quicker. What is your experience with the Atkins diet? Would you recommend it?
I lost 40 pounds doing keto. Atkins is basically just a brand name for keto, but the general principle is the same: Break your sugar addiction, and feel full from eating meat, cheese, eggs, etc.
It still doesn't violate Calories In, Calories Out. (because that would be scientifically impossible). It's just a different way to get there that many find easier to stick to.

IMO just let it grow. Unless you wax or shave everyday you will start feeling like a cactus and no cutie 3.14 is gonna touch you. Plus it's itchy as fuck unless you properly exfoliate after shaving. After a while you start feeling like a smooth rug and some chicks dig it. All in all though your choice.

I'm done with my cut so im just reverse dieting, eating at maintenance. I am gradually increasing carbs because I went keto so I am eating a slice of pizza with a side of 8oz of chicken and a bowl of icecream with 2 reeses cups.
Poutine, cooked in layers as a lasagna would be, with layered shredded and curd cheese.

Been a bit over a year now. Started at 216, now at 157. I hurt my back so just trying to lose weight, got to be very careful about my exercise but I'm good about doing physical therapy and have lots of body weight exercises I do.
Last few weeks I went from 155 to 157, a bit backwards, so trying to figure out where I went wrong and fix it! I'm 5'11 and want to be about 150 lean muscle, now I'm 157 skinny fat
My tip to you is to make it a marathon rather than a sprint. Easy does it, count your calories every day, don't be afraid to take...

First recorded weight a couple of weeks ago was 152kg, currently 143kg
It would be a significant loss if I was smaller, but because I'm so fat, you can't really see a change
