I'm a fairly attractive guy, 6'3, lifting for 8 years or so, big benis and find almost EVERY girl that is not fat cute, beautiful, or hot; one of those. Do girls feel this way about guys or is evolution forcing me to want to mate with absolutely almost everyone?

I'm 6 ft 6, weigh 126 pounds. 4 inch wrists. 27 pound max bench press. 30 pound deadlift. Can only do 4 reps on 5 pound bicep curls. Can't even do leg raise. Run 40 yard dash in 9 seconds.

I know it's usually used for squats, but what else can I use it for? Dead lifts? Press? Pendalay Rows? Probably not bench. But Bench?
I prefer the Spud deadlift belt. Costs ~40 bucks and is super comfortable. That belt is probably made of pretty shitty leather. If you plan on lifting a while or competing at all, you should go with something higher quality. I've seen those dry out, crack and split within a year of use.
I use mine on squats and deads mostly. I've seen powerlifters use a belt on bench to help keep their abs tight for stability but I've never felt like I need to. I don't think I'm at that level yet I guess.
not op, but i read somewhere that belts like yours are better anyway because they're the same dimensions all the way around versus op's which is larger at the back than in the front. any thoughts?
Lost fat and kept eating clean and some lifting but my bod is still in the shitters. Should I just give up or am I doing anything wrong?
After 4 years lifting I've decided to give up trying anymore. I just don't have the genetics to look aesthetic even at a low body-fat and my strength capabilities are obviously whack as fuck. I've gained a lot of size and made a lot of changes in body-composition but it just hasn't been worth it for the time spent (in my opinion)
I am just going to be lifting for health & exercise purposes now and I am reducing all of my weights working set weights by about 20% to a more comfortable load and just focusing on reps and I'm never progressively overloading again.
It's been nice knowing you /fit/, but I am done with the whole min-maxing lifting/nutrition for what is now in my 4th year very minimal results. I've also thrown out all my supplements as well. Not buying whey or creatine or fish oils/multivitamins ever again. Yeah yeah, it's my fault for staying natty, I know most people get on steroids by now but I ain't about that life.
I'm going to now be shifting focus to other things in life, good luck to you all.

I am still going to be lifting, I have a decked out home gym. I just finished a lower body session. Backsquats and a few sets of Frontsquats, Stiff-Leg Deadlifts and BB Calf Raises. This was my first session using my reduced weights.
I've got 2 extra pairs of 20kg plates that I wont be needing anymore though if anyone in Melbourne, Australia wants to buy them/pick em up.

So, whenever I do my routine, I have to do 20 sit-ups. Thing is, when I do them, my butt crack starts to hurt like hell. When I'm finished and go to the shower, it starts to hurt a lot and then I find out that the top of my butt crack all bruised. What do I do?
Don't do sit ups. If you're prone to pain around that region while doing them, you could also break the skin and have it get incredibly infected. There's a term for it, I can't remember what it is,but you essentially have to get your butt chopped off anon.
Pretty much do anything else besides sit-ups.
