I need help please. So long story short I realize that I have a bit of gyno.. It's a mild case, like the pic I posted.. might even be less worse than that.
I can feel the lumps under my nipples.
I did a shitty cycle months ago of just plain test.. (I say shitty because clearly I wasn't paying enough attention to my estrogen levels.. I WAS taking arimidex but not in a nice pattern at all)
I did use nolvadex for PCT I think I got the mild gyno after my pct was finished.
I am 20 years old if that makes a difference.
