To this - 163 lbs
Bench - 145 lb
Squat - 225 lb
OHP - haven't tried maxing so idk
I've made clear gains in my arms from what I was at about 8 months ago. I've only really started lifting regularly the past 6. I just can't seem to make any noticeable chest or core gains. I've really been trying to bulk but I have a hard time eating my goal calories of 3500 per day. Unless I revert to shit food which I'd rather not do. How can I start bulking faster? Haven't done deadlifts in over 2 months, but my max was 295 lbs. Probably way more now I just haven't been doing them. I can never get my form right and always feel pain/pressure in my lower back after. I prefer other core exercises. Would deadlifts help tho?

Does Chad really weigh all his food out on food scale, count his macros and calories, and have some scientifically proven lifting routine?
I don't know of a single chad who does any of that. They all eat whatever they want, don't own a food scale, wouldn't ever dream of weighing food out, and they just goto the gym and do whatever the fuck they feel like on the day.
Ive followed IIFYM and a upper/lower routine and fairly good results for a natty for 4 years of lifting.
But I am still only barely 5'7. Being this height, you can't ever be a chad. My mum actually apologized to me recently about my height and said she feels bad for me that I am so short (not even fucking joking)

You're probably slow as shit.
He walks around at about 165-170lbs.
On his feet he could knock you out easily.
On the ground you'd have a better chance but still unlikely.
You'd also probably gas out early in the fight and be easy to beat.
