How do I start enjoying working out?
I've got some friends who do it for fun, I just don't have that drive but I still do it anyhow for work. How can I make it a hobby rather than a chore?
Do it enough and it becomes routine. Once it becomes routine, it'll become an integral part of your day that you'll hate to skip (like, hopefully, brushing your teeth in the morning).
I once got hurt and had to sit out of the gym for 2 months. I literally fell into a depression because I couldn't work out.

Get a group of people who use the weights in the gym to go in on a complete set of weights. Collectively store the weights in a storage unit. Congrats, you now have a private gym.
I'm sure this is posted all the time, but I'm having a real hell of a hard time gaining weight. I've weighed 168lbs for the past 4 years. Worked out for two, off for about a year and a half and now I'm starting up again. My friend who is the same height weighed 215lbs at the beginning of the year, now he weighs 240lbs. He says he just eats 6 meals a day, small ones. For the past 3 weeks I've had a half gallon of chocolate milk a day. Most days I switch it up between oatmeal, 5-6 eggs, and bacon in the morning. I eat a peanut butter sandwich before lunch and then lunch I have today about 4 cups of rice, two chicken breasts, some potatoes and vegetables. I'll eat a protein bar or two which is about 500 calories before dinner. Dinner will probably be a few handfuls of steak, more rice, and a salad. Then I'll have another peanut butter sandwich, milk, and snack on some peanuts as well. Then maybe finish up with two chicken sandwiches.
Does anyone know any good vids to learn how to snatch and clean and jerk properly, most vids on youtube are crossit.

yes, I was like that. then I got a couple of crowns and veneers and my smile is great now. hell, I was over 30 years old by the time I did it and it took 1 week to fix. I should have done it ages ago.
I will tell you one thing, though. going from shit teeth to great teeth won't really change your life much. I've basically forgotten about it by now and my life is exactly like it was before.

we all know they arent as bad as the refined sugara out there, but at the end of the day its still sugar. Im currently on a cut and i had decided to cut out all sugar too but im craving it like hell.
What do you guys think?
