those seem like pretty good mobility exercises desu
the first three would be good for the hips,
crab cock good for shoulders

mobility exercises are about establishing and restoring function
free weights are usually about building strength and tissue
they work hand in hand, one isn't better than the other
if you look up "respected" mobility regimes, they get pretty weird like this, doing all kinds of crouching and pivoting stuff.
