I feel hungry all day even if I drink lots of water, eat enough protein and fibers. Does it mean and finally eating below my tdee?
I feel like this is innacurate for young adults. See I`m 22 and my tdee is 2400kcal. I need to eat at least 2600-2700 to feel really satisfied. So my light cardio for some reason is costing 300+ calories or I`m still growing and requiring extra energy.
So I`m aiming for 1800 kcal just in case because I fear eating as I feel like it and then getting fat after years of a small surplus. I cannot trust my hunger OR tdee is innacurate for me.
Do you prefer your skin naturally white or tanned?.

I think all white people look better fairly pale. Not unhealthily pasty but pretty white.
I've spent so much time around fucking leather people with gross bleached hair that I find tan skin disgusting now, unless that's your race's actual color.

I live in a mediterranean country, but i'm 1/2 northern yuro, so i'm pretty pale compared to most of the people i meet.
Tanning in the summer months is like a national sport here and people compete about who looks the most tanned.
I really don't like the way tanning makes my skin look desu and i'm pretty concerned about the way the sun makes you look older in time, see 30 year olds looking like they're 45 with leathery skin etc.
So, i tend to avoid the sun and always wear sunscreen in the day.

I've injured myself twicd, and both times got a horrible flu afterwords and ended up being out over a month. I don't know why this always happens, but it sucks.

Your injury was not from going past 90 on bench, many people go past 90 to touch the bar to their chest, you just had improper form if you were tweaking your choulder, most likely a grip much too close.

You didn't waste your time. Which do you think will get you a bigger chest - 3x8x135 or 3x8x225? Obviously 225. Strength is an important part of being aesthetic.

fuck bro, forget about doing a lot of volume, pic related was my routine before I started working, I needed a full week recovery after two weeks doing both things. It's fucking overkill, even more if you are only doing throw downs (is this a correct term? I'm spanish) and carrying waste. Just stick to a couple-days routine and don't push yourself too much, at least until you are stronger. And EAT A FUCKLOAD OF GOOD FOOD
