/fit/, can it be done effectively?
how to improve my bench /fit/
i've been stuck for a long time now (1year+) on 90-95 kg and i can't get over it. my deadlift and squat are improving (170DL,130SQ). but i have problems with the bench. Any tips for me? Tried switching to dumbells for a while and trying to do decline for a while now but nothing seems to help.

usually start with just warming up, kind of stretching with the bar without weight 20-30 reps.
Then (everything is in KG)
Sometimes 95 if my 90 goes well
Cooling down set of 50-60 KG for +-12 reps
Is whole wheat pasta actually good for gains or is it just meme food?

Hey /fit/! First time posting here.
I've found an outdoors gym (pic related) or whatever it's called near where I live, and I've decided to do so exercise every evening. However I've never done anything like it, and I would ask advice on how much or which tools(?) I should use. I don't plan to get ripped just in shape and to lose a slight beer belly.
Grew 7" between the age of 19 and 21 .
I'm 6'1 now, parents are 5'4 and 5'9 .
What do you guys suggest I should eat if I don't get enough calories?
I eat lean and get a ton of protein but it's still not enough calories and I don't want to eat shitty food, so I'm guessing proper carbs/good fats type of foods.

I'm setting sail in a week or two, and it looks like it'll be a three week voyage.
It's a 3 mast, 11m schooner, with a complement of 4.
What can I do to keep up my exercise during that period? I'm guessing I'm going full calisthenics, but what particular exercises can I do to get a fullbody workout, within the limitations of calisthenics?
