I feel like they more than anything limit my mobility, especially when doing high bar squats. Despite the increased abdominal pressure, I lift less with them.
But they sure are GOAT on deadlifts tho.
Are belts memes, or am I just not used to them?

BLOOD POOLS ON THE FLOOR
Hello /fit/, this honestly the first time i've ever been here. I'm skinny as fuck, 5'10",120 lbs., with a bmi of 17. Sometimes I use a pullup bar on my bathroom door but other than that I dont really do anything, i'm a blank canvass. I'd like to gain 10-15 pounds just to get in the healthy range. Wat do, /fit/? Few days ago I developed numbness in left hand pinky and over few days lost all feeling to left pinky, half the adjacent finger and lower part of the forearm (pic related), but NO pain. Lost ability to grip with those two fingers and drastically reduced grip ability to entire hand. Can't do Farmer walks with 50lb dumbbell... Doctor said cubical tunnel syndrome, and says I'm sore out of luck. can't advice anything but to wear a brace all the time and home for miracle.. (Canadian healthcare)
Any /fit/izens with similar issue? short term/long term implications?...
