Hello /fit/, this honestly the first time i've ever been here. I'm skinny as fuck, 5'10",120 lbs., with a bmi of 17. Few days ago I developed numbness in left hand pinky and over few days lost all feeling to left pinky, half the adjacent finger and lower part of the forearm (pic related), but NO pain. Doctor said cubical tunnel syndrome, and says I'm sore out of luck. can't advice anything but to wear a brace all the time and home for miracle.. (Canadian healthcare)

i've been stuck for a long time now (1year+) on 90-95 kg and i can't get over it. my deadlift and squat are improving (170DL,130SQ). but i have problems with the bench. Any tips for me? Tried switching to dumbells for a while and trying to do decline for a while now but nothing seems to help.
