I'm looking to pick up a new hobby. Preferrably something that makes me sweat and kicks my ass. What boosts testosterone?
I'm thinking Gymnastics (I don't care what anyone says, that shit is manly tas hell) or training to fight (leaning towards Muay Thai but I'm open to something else). I don't want to grapple all day, though.
I already lift and I'm in pretty great shape so I'm just looking for something to spice things up. I want to be a walking testosterone machine lol

Power is more like speed. So like a boxer is able to punch with a lot of power but isn't necessarily strong like benching 3 plate or something. Strength is being able to lift heavy things under a slow, controlled motion. I can't really explain the difference too well.

Strength and size gains occur at all rep ranges, up to a very high number like 20+ where we get diminishing returns. You get stronger at the rep range you train at, and you get size regardless.
Hi. New to /fit/. Do any of you lads have some advice for improving posture and fixing ailments in the spine? I'm looking for something like a recommended routine, similar to most beginner weightlifting routines - something I can do 3x/week to supplement consciously sitting upright and maintaining good posture throughout the day. I have slight lordosis, forward shoulders, and forward neck posture due to sitting for extended periods during the day. Advice/help would be appreciated, thanks.
