Reporting in. Highbar, can do 275 for a 5x5 at 6' and 172lbs but never tested my max. While I wouldn't say I'm good by any stretch, proper shoes and having legs shoulder width rather than wider has helped. Started doing yoga 2 days before my leg days, resulting in sessions feeling stronger, and I think it's going to help boost numbers.

For my OHP, my last workout it was fairly difficult to complete. I finished 3x5 however I was using a lot of my back.
I'm only on 60lbs. Should I go back to 55? Start with 45 again?

What's the status of your bowels, brehs?
I'm not really sure what a healthy shit should be like.
I used to have nice solid, clean shits once a day back when I ate like shit.
Now I eat mostly salad, fish,chicken breast, broccoli, and fruit and I have loose, smelly, chunky shits. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.
Is this healthy or something? I'm only on my 5th week of eating clean. Is my body still adjusting?
