20 years old - I was, 150lbs - 20-22% bodyfat.
25 years old - I am, 185lbs - 13-15% bodyfat.
I look drastically different, but I still look mediocre, when compared to other people (like genetically blessed individuals)
People are brainwashed everyday by the standards of elite models, athletes, and hollywood actors all using juice as the standard by which to measure an attractive male physique.
If you think, outside of those of us in the top 1% of genetics, that your physique will actually be impressive without sauce you are sorely mistaken.
The sooner you come to terms with this and understand you MUST CHOOSE if you are going to prioritize your health or vanity the sooner you can get on with making real progress and not beating yourself up for striving for the impossible.
