Alright, so Joe Rogan will not shut the fuck up about his ketogenic diet, and he finally convinced me.
I need to lose about 50 pounds. I did this back in like 2012 by taking an EC stack, running my fucking balls off and really cutting my calories. Took me about 6 months.
I don't really want to go back on a bunch of stimulants, and I hear ketosis is the new thing for burning the fuck out of some fat.
I have plenty of muscle mass, I just have let myself go over the last year or so and slowly got out of the gym and boom now I'm almost 3 hundo.

I'm currently 6 days post OP from gynecomastia surgery and i have to say i feel amazing. I now have the self confidence to go back to the gym, and now have a fighting chance to get to my ideal body. if anyone has any questions about gynecomastia or about the surgery id love to talk about it. also share your experiences with gyno, how long you have had it, how its affected your life and what is your plan to correct it

Do any of you get annoyed at the constant reposting of fat enabling memes like this? I don't exercise everyday, but work out a couple times a week and eat fairly well. I am puzzled as to why everyone finds these binge eating, I-eat-loads -because-it's-cute memes funny. I feel like it's cool to be a glutton and lazy. I like food too but jesus. I dunno. I probably have a massive stick up my bum.

I think it depends on the person. In order for me to have a fun drunk I have to be by myself. Oddly that only started after getting on antidepressants. Otherwise with friends ill have like 7 shots without feeling anything and then just blacking out.
Should I do less leg workouts if I want to make my body to look more balanced as a pear shaped girl?
5'2 female, currently 110 lbs and I've been lifting regularly (4-5 times a week) for a year now. Still too much bodyfat so the fat on my thighs makes me really uncomfortable.
I am working on getting rid of the fat and typically do full body workouts with mostly compound movements and dips and curls.
Would it be better to build up my shoulders? Could really use some advice, thanks.
