>i need advise.
im 23, 24 in august, and im 6,4 and around 186 pounds.
i have been lifting since i was around 18 my weight has fluctuated from 180 to around 201 which was mostly muscle for these past 6 years. my problem is i do not constantly keep improving i just go from skinny fat to toning up to then building muscle, then back down to skinny fat. its gets really depressing. most of its my fault and lack of motivation and not eating enough and the proper food i think.
so i started a new job about 6 months ago and their is this fucking...

Firstly, that ass is not amazing at all.
Secondly, there are many different types of steroids and SARMS and they will affect you differently.
Ask him what kind of "stuff he's on". Way too vague of a statement to give useful advice.
What foods should I avoid eating while on yohimbine hcl?
I lift for Meg
how do I do squats?
what does /fit/ think of the buffdudes?
Where were you when Mike Chang took all his scam money and ran?
I don't see how he scammed. I learned some good legit advice from him.
Does anyone else suspect coffee to be shit tier? Why isn't more made of the fact that it cucks your sleep?
This 4chan lingo is becoming really annoying.
Coffee is amazing. I wouldn't be at, where I am in life, without coffee.
Has anybody tryed Clenbuterol?
What is your experience with it and you find it + or - ?
no bitching shit if you havent tryed it!
Personally speaking it fucked me up pretty fucking bad.
Gave me serious cramps and overall was harder for me to breathe while taking it. Also gave me heart palpitations.
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
One night I woke up sweating and vomited profusely all while my heart was beating at least 180 bpm.
Why spend timless hours at the gym trying to get aesthetic when all it takes is to be rich to get girls,
Just take a look at zayn do you think he ever picked up a price of weight in his life? Nope but he has the hottest women in the world in his hands
>implying anyone on /fit/ will ever be as:
The reason why you (and everyone else here) lifts is because you're not hot nor rich.
You literally have nothing going for you, so you might as well build your body and have that going for you.
>Start lifting at Uni this year
>dont look like a fucking t-rex cause i actually read the book and did upperbody on offdays
>made some gains ready to keep it going over the summer
I either go to the Crossfit gym or planet fitness.
Since I did SS Rippetoe redpilled me on machine fitness and wanted barbells.

I tried so many different whey powders and all taste like shit
Been lifting for two weeks:
I can bench 100 lbs, my OHP is 80 lbs max and deadlift 180 lbs. Is that good for a little crybaby bitch?
i lost 100 pounds. i thought i did it the right way. i didn't do it too rapidly. i did it with strength training and moderate cardio, instead of endless cardio. my bmi is now in normal. but i still ended up with loose skin and i hate myself and everything. people think i look good with a shirt on, nice arms, slim torso. but if i take it off i know everyone will look and it'll be gross. i dont have 10 grand for abdominoplasty. i mean i could maybe do half that but i dont think there's anywhere that cheap (that would be reputable.)
an hero? im thinking so. i keep starving myself hoping it goes away but it doesnt, so now i lose muscle too.
>capcha: select all the food
You have no choice now but to go all the way. Just get so buff that the folds of loose skin on your body become an afterthought to anyone who see's you shirtless.
I can't hold a normal job because it is extremely painful to stand for 8 hours even with breaks. My lower back gets extremely sore, my flat feet ache and blister, and my leg muscles just give out after a few shifts in a row.
When I first discovered I have this problem I was 292 (6 foot 3) and grossly out of shape so it wasn't all that surprising, but since then I have lost 90 pounds and got in way better shape, yet standing for 8 hours is still excruciating to the point where I can't work.
Guys I want to buy some new shoes that I can wear for gym and also occasionally to do some other sport. Show me what you are wearing and maybe some shoes you wish to have. It also has to be ideal for squats/deadlifts as well as running
There isn't a shoe that exists that can do all things well. Best to get a few different shoes. Also, what sport?
For squats and dead you can do them barefoot/with socks on.
For running it'd be a good idea to get good running specific shoes. You can buy last years models to save money. I got my current ones for $55 (originally 110 or so when they came out).
If I were you I would buy a cheap as fuck paor of plimsols from H&M or something to do lifting (if you have good enough ankle dorsiflexion to do full depth squats - if not you can buy some fairly cheap lifting shoes online that arent jewy adipowers or romaleos) and then save up for some running shoes that fit well.
>$15 chucks/plimsolls for lifting
>$15 running shoes from sports retail store
the only good thing about being poor is that it teaches you minimalism.
also what are the cheapest oly shoes? pref wooden heel.
