Was wondering if I can consume 5.8 tbsp (87g) per day of pic related everyday without any adverse sides. Consumed like 40g at once 2 days ago and it was raining shit. Spaced out my servings yesterday and was kinda fine. Plan on taking a spoonful every hour or so until finished.

Been on Keto for a month and a half now, I've noticed steady progress but not skinnyfat to completely shredded in 4 weeks like pic related. I plan on being on the diet for another month or so. guessing I'm about 13% bf right now at 6ft ,67.5 kg. My question is, is it possible to have a cheat day on keto? So far I haven't cheated once and have maintained a 75% fat, 35% protein and 5% carbs at 1750 calories a day.

Yeah, I usually have a cheat meal on Saturday nights, and have some pasta or burgers or something with a few beers. For an entire cheat day, maybe go something like 40/40/30 fat/carb/protein. Just a suggestion, since it's a cheat day, do whatever you feel like.
